Becky's attention to detail was awesome. She created little signs to put around the house, calling out special features such as the triple pane windows and other energy-efficiency features. She was a big help in assisting me in prioritizing what I needed to focus on for getting the house ready to sell. She even got copies of City building inspection certificates of occupancy for the remodeling work I had done to show that it was done on the up and up. Marketing was great. Coordination of the stager, cleaners, etc. ran like clockwork. Becky was a great advocate for me and I strongly recommend using her.

I couldn’t recommend Becky more highly. After our home out of state sold overnight we had an extended weekend to decide if we were going to buy a home or rent. Becky had done a lot of work already sending us multiple listings to rate to hone in on our interests. But with our search time being significantly shortened she went above and beyond showing us multiple homes in a short period of time. We can honestly say we would not be where we are without Becky. Moving from Dallas, we were very nervous and did not even know where or how to start. We felt so empowered by her and accepted by her and she is fantastic. She even introduced herself to our neighbors and when we moved in, they were EXTREMELY impressed by her. They did not have to bring her up or make comments regarding a realtor, but she made such an impression on them, that they wanted to share it with us. Becky was awesome,always kept me up to date in what was going on and helped with a bunch of logistics. I was in another state selling my Moms house in Colorado.
