About Me

Real estate is a powerful thing. Where you live becomes the center of your universe: your “home base” and a place where memories are made. Even an investment property can have a profound effect on your life’s story—when chosen correctly, it becomes long-term financial
freedom.

I see myself as a match maker, connecting people through quality, consistent communication. I work tirelessly to ensure my clients are up to date on their home, their community, and their investments.

Prior to real estate, I spent 25 years of my career in the non-profit sector including the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado, Project Self-Sufficiency, Bohemian Foundation, and Colorado State University. While working in the non-profit sector, I always dabbled in real estate. It started upon graduating from Colorado State University, I purchased my first home and filled it with wonderful friends who helped pay my mortgage. Although some thought it was risky, it turned out to be the best financial decision I ever made.  From there, I encouraged many friends to purchase homes over the years, while buying and selling multiple properties of my own. Ultimately, my many years in the non-profit sector were perfect training for a career move as a Realtor with The Group Real Estate in Northern Colorado.

Like everyone who falls hard for Colorado, I am a total outdoor enthusiast, love live music, and have a strong sense of place. When I’m not hustling houses, you’ll find me around Fort Collins and throughout Colorado snowboarding, trail running, cheering on my three kids, or in the midst of a major home project. I believe in community and the strength of public education, and volunteer for special projects within the Poudre School District.

It’s easy to sell something when you have an absurd passion for it. It’s why my out-of-town clients get an itinerary to explore as many parks, restaurants, and recreational sites as they do neighborhoods and houses. Along with access to my short-term accommodations providing them with local rental options during their home search.

Not quite ready to buy or sell, but curious about neighborhood options, local schools, or current real estate “buzz”? Don’t be shy—reach out!
